By using Cobra Keys Locksmith services, you agree that all work will be carried out based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Any prices given before attendance are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the lock, door, or mechanism once inspected on site. A final price will always be confirmed before work begins. By authorising the work to proceed, you agree to the final quoted price. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cobra Keys Locksmith reserves the right to charge a call-out fee where attendance has been made, including situations where access cannot be gained, the customer cancels on arrival, or no work is ultimately carried out. ​ Cobra Keys Locksmith will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill, using suitable parts and materials where required. While non-destructive methods are always preferred, certain situations may require destructive entry (such as drilling or snapping), and this will be explained and agreed where possible. All parts supplied and fitted, including locks, cylinders, and mechanisms, remain the property of Cobra Keys Locksmith until payment has been made in full. In the event of non-payment, Cobra Keys Locksmith reserves the right to remove or recover installed parts where reasonably possible and pursue any outstanding balance through legal means, including recovery of associated costs. ​ Customers must ensure they have the legal right to request entry or work to be carried out on the property or vehicle. Valid identification and proof of ownership or authority may be required before work begins. Cobra Keys Locksmith reserves the right to refuse or stop work at any time if sufficient proof is not provided or if the situation appears unlawful, unsafe, or beyond reasonable scope. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work area, including pets being secured and hazards removed where possible. ​ Cobra Keys Locksmith shall not be held responsible for pre-existing faults, general wear and tear, poor installation, door or frame movement, or any underlying issues that may affect the performance or longevity of repairs. Adjustments may improve function but cannot guarantee long-term resolution where wider structural or mechanical faults exist. Where customers supply their own parts, Cobra Keys Locksmith accepts no responsibility for their compatibility, performance, or durability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cobra Keys Locksmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of earnings, inconvenience, damage to surrounding materials, or costs arising from necessary forced entry where such methods have been authorised. While every effort is made to minimise damage, certain entry methods may result in unavoidable damage to locks, doors, or surrounding areas. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. ​ Cobra Keys Locksmith will aim to attend within agreed timeframes but shall not be liable for delays due to factors outside of our control, including traffic, weather, emergencies, or parts availability. Appointments may need to be rescheduled in such circumstances. Cancellation of a booking should be made as early as possible. Cobra Keys Locksmith reserves the right to charge for late cancellations or missed appointments. ​ All completed work is deemed accepted by the customer once the job has been finished and demonstrated where applicable. Any concerns should be raised immediately or as soon as reasonably possible. Where applicable, parts may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty; however, this does not cover misuse, accidental damage, forced damage, or normal wear and tear. Cobra Keys Locksmith does not guarantee that all locks can be opened without damage, particularly in cases involving high-security systems or failed mechanisms. ​ By requesting or proceeding with Cobra Keys Locksmith services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
